There are many excellent publications on tension membrane structures and we could not do the subject justice on this website. However for Architects who have a committed interest in the subject the following are two excellent publications and are highly recommended.

Tensile Surface Structures – A practical guide to cable and membrane construction- Michael Seidel

Paolo Giugliano of Mehler Texnologies has authored a short “Technical guideline to permanent tensile architecture”, a copy of which can be downloaded from our downloads page.

Aerosail have also produced a guide for novices and designers who have a one-off project, which can also be downloaded form the downloads page.

Also under “Published Articles” in our resources page we have also collated a series of articles by other people which we find interesting and useful.
